Sweet harbor seal swimming with a starfish amidst the waves of the sea.
Pyrography and colored pencil, and acrylic paint with a pine needle rim.
Measures 5.75" wide by 5" high
Things to know:
This art is made from a real, natural gourd. Be sure to see the photo of a gourd growing in the garden before it is dried for artistic use. Once dried it will last as long as a piece of wood.
All art is done one at a time, by hand. Each design is drawn on with a pencil, then pyroengraved, also by hand. I do not use machines to mass produce my work.
This gourd is not meant to hold water or food. It is meant to enjoy like any other piece of artwork.
Please display away from direct sunlight. UV protectant sealer is applied to help prevent this, but it should be treated like any piece of valuable art.
